Preparation and Application

1. Surface Preparation:

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of loose plaster, grease, oil, or paint.
• For cement reinforcements, allow at least 7 days per cm of thickness to cure before applying adhesive.
• For outdoor applications in temperatures above 30°C, moisten the base before applying the adhesive.

2. Glue Preparation:

• Mix 4.5-6 liters of water per 25 kg of adhesive until smooth and lump-free.
• Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes, then stir again before use.
• The prepared adhesive is viable for up to 3 hours at 20°C.

3. Tile Application:

• Apply adhesive to the surface using a serrated scraper (tooth size depends on tile size).
• Press tiles firmly into the adhesive for proper bonding.
• Adjust tiles within 10 minutes of placement.
• Allow 24 hours before exposing the tiles to water.

4. Setting and Curing:

• Surfaces are ready for use 24-48 hours after application, depending on temperature and humidity.
